Our Story

The Drift Lab was originally established as a Facebook Page in January 2025. However, in line with our mission to make the world of drifting more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, we’ve taken it a step further. This website was thoughtfully designed and developed entirely by our team to bring that vision to life.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the drifting scene, we built this Page and Website to support those who feel lost after buying their first drift car, those who don’t know where to begin, and those who are just stepping into the world of drifting. Our goal is to be a reliable starting point for every kind of drifter whether you're completely new or trying to find your next step.

The reason behind everything we do is simple yet powerful—we want to help at least one person grow. Whether it's through cars or something else entirely, we aim to ease the frustration and struggles people face. That’s the purpose that sparked the beginning of our journey.

Fast Shipping

Our shipping process may take between two weeks to one month. However, in many cases, your order may arrive much sooner than expected. Please note that the shipping duration might be a bit longer compared to other shops. Nonetheless, we are making sure to offer better international shipping efficiency, faster processing times, and improved product quality control.

In addition, we offer a wide range of trusted brands, from Hobbywing and G-Force to Yokomo and Overdose. When you shop with us, you can rest assured that quality is never a concern.

About Orders

Orders

We currently ship to three countries and counting, including our official Usukani partnership and affiliated shops. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on the country. Since we source products from different partners, shipping fees also vary by country.

For this reason, shipping fees are not automatically included at checkout. Once you complete your order, we will send you a confirmation email. After checking stock availability, if the item is in stock, you’ll receive a second email with an invoice and detailed payment instructions.

Once we confirm your payment, your order will be processed and shipped.

If you're not yet sure about making a purchase, we kindly ask that you wait until you're ready. You’re always welcome to return when the time is right.

Please note: if you place an order and receive the payment email but take no further action, we may flag the account as suspicious. Repeated behavior like this may result in a permanent device block to prevent fraudulent activity and protect our business.

To make any purchases, you must first register a user account. Registration is quick and does not require any personal documents—only your email address, a name (nickname is acceptable), and a password. Please ensure you register before attempting to place an order.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). For pre-orders, payment must include the full shipping fee plus 50% of the total order amount upfront.

Services

Repairing and Discounts

Due to time limitations, we currently offer repair and support services primarily for products purchased from us.

For our own products, we will do our best to provide full support. Service fees may not apply for repairs. If a replacement part is needed and the issue cannot be fixed directly, we may offer a discount on the required spare parts.

Additionally, as we value our loyal customers, exclusive discount codes will occasionally be sent to them as a token of appreciation.

If you’re new to our store or haven’t made a purchase yet, don’t worry. You can still get access to discount codes through our social media platforms. These codes are shared randomly, so we recommend checking regularly to catch the latest offers.
